We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free purchase experience.

In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition/ not fitting well is eligible for EXCHANGE.

CLEARANCE SALE PRODUCTS are eligible only for Size Exchange.

Exchange/ Return Policy :

  • Exchange is accepted within 3(three) days of delivery of product with an additional charge of 100/-
  • No Returns. Store Credit can be provided with a validity of 6 months.
  • Each Order (excluding Handcrafted Jewelry) is eligible for exchange only once.
  • Handcrafted Jewellery is not eligible for Return/ Exchange.
  • Made-to-order/Custom-made products will not be replaced or returned.
  • Clearance Sale products are eligible for size exchange only once. Additional charge of 100/- will be charged for exchange.
  • We do not offer Refunds.

Exchange/ Return Procedure : 

  • Please contact us either on WhatsApp or through email and provide the Order details.
  • Customer Support will confirm the exchange request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • Please share the following details: Order Number, Name of the customer, Products which customer wants to Exchange and Reason for exchange.
  • Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Product should have the price tag, label and original packing.
  • We charge an amount of 100/- for exchange and all replacements/pickups are scheduled by us in case of serviceable pin codes.
